The course blends foundational physiology, technical know-how, and applied interpretation skills, equipping learners to understand, measure, and apply HRV in diverse contexts such as health, wellness, fitness, and clinical monitoring. 

Requirements

Eligibility is limited to professionals holding accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES), Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), or an equivalent Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) credential. Professionals with AHRP-related qualifications may also be considered eligible.
